[B][U]Documents required at the time of Counseling and Important Instructions[/U][/B]:
1. Print out of the letter of Counseling (mailed at your registered e-mail ID)
2. Print out of CAT score card (for CAT candidates)
3. All original mark sheets / Certificates from Class X to Graduation.
4. Original Caste & Category Certificate issued during last three years and Income Certificates issued within six months prior to the date of Counseling.
5. Original Character Certificate, School Leaving Certificates/Migration Certificate from the Institution last attended (migration certificate is not required from luck now university and affiliated colleges candidates)
6. Affidavit or Certificate in support of gap if any.
7. Set of ten passport sized photographs and two set of self attested copies of all documents mentioned in 3 to 4.
8. (a) Candidates seeking fee reimbursement / scholarship under Govt. Scheme are required to submit the complete prescribed ‘Post Metric Scholarship & fee reimbursement form’ available at scholarship.up.nic.in/document.pdf.
The reimbursement of non-refundable portion of fee shall be available only to those SC/ST candidates having family income not exceeding Rs. 2.0 Lakhs per annum. This provision is subject to applicable rules at the time of counseling. (The Income Certificate should be displayed on the Govt. web site at the time of Counseling). However they shall be required to deposit Rs. 5000/- towards caution money (refundable) at the time of admission.

(b) Other candidates with family income not exceeding Rs. 1.0 Lakh per annum may apply for scholarship through the prescribed form mentioned in ‘a’ above. They shall be required to deposit full prescribed fee at the time of admission. Any reimbursement / scholarship by the Govt. will be directly transferred to the candidate’s bank account.

9. All Candidates are advised to bring two separate bank drafts of Rs. 55000/- and 25000/- respectively in favour of “FINANCE OFFICER, UNIVERSITY OF LUCKNOW” payable at Lucknow towards fee depending upon the programme the candidate is admitted, the fee payable would be either Rs. 80000/- or Rs. 55000/- including caution money. The unused draft would be returned immediately.

11. Graduates from other than University of Lucknow are required to pay additional one-time enrolment fee of Rs. 750/-. 
12. Rs. 500/- Cash to be deposited towards counseling fee at the venue of the counseling.
13. Reserve category candidates whose names are in the open list are advised to also attend counseling for open seats on the days of counseling for open seats.
14. All category and sub category claims are subject to verification at the time of counseling. 
15. Candidates, whose graduation final results are still awaited, will have to sign an undertaking for submitting proof by September 30, 2014 of their having completed the undergraduate degree of the session 2013-14 with minimum eligibility requirement of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in aggregate.
