Is one of the leading manufacturer of the A.C Motors which finds applications in Mining, Steel mills, textile industries etc. It is located in MIDC Sholapur, Maharashtra.

[b][u]CURRENT COMPANY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES IN TESTING DEPARTMENT  [/u][/b]:
1. Working on testing of special motors as per the R&D requirements.
2. Testing of Motors for vehicle application.
3. Testing of IE2 & IE3 Motors. 
4. Testing Higher HP motors with IG set up.
5. Working on indirect load test setup for higher frame motors.
6. Testing the motors with eddy current, hydro dynos and DC Gen set up.
7. Routine tests of three and single phase motors as per relevant IS/IEC.
8. Inspection of receiving electrical materials.
9. Attending third party inspection.
10. Attending customer complaints.

1.Installing the setup for testing of vehicle motors using controller and rectifier.
2. Testing A.C. Motor for Electric Vehicle application to M/s. Mahindra, Tata Motors Limited & KPIT Cummins. This project involves designing the A.C Induction Motor for electric vehicle which are 3 or 4 wheeler passenger carrying & material handling vehicles. These motors are designed for high speed, very low voltages, TENV with different protections. In this we use the converter and filters set up connections.
3. Introduced Semi processed stamping by modifying design, testing & validating the Standard motors.
4. Using thermocouples for body temperature in heat run test.
