** Preparation of Planning & scheduling /Formats of day to day Project Activity for Commissioning and also to interact with Client & Consultant/Contractor.
** Spares planning and procurement of the same. 
** Increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and decrease MTTR (Mean Time To Repair), thus increasing system’s availability for production. 
** To monitor, report & reduce plant downtime due to unplanned stoppages.
** Planned maintenance of process related equipments.
** Finding the O.E.E (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and finding the root cause for Breakdowns to avoid all machine losses by Why -Why analysis method.
** Handling SAP.
** Man power handling for normal maintenance and shutdown jobs.
