 “Staffion” is a next generation Vendor Management System used for contingent worker hiring process. Played a vital role in QA analysis and was involved in the product development process from its conceptualization.

** Did an in-depth study of functional requirement documents of the product.
** Interacted with the Business, Development and Architecture teams to understand the business logic and flow required for testing.
** Developed Test Plan, Test Cases and Test Scenarios using requirements document (FRD) and the Design document.
** Participated in team meetings giving the status reports for the team on test execution and results.
** Executed test cases manually for end to end testing of application and logged the bugs/defects in JIRA.

Emuser is the next generation market place for job seekers, staffing companies, and clients of all sizes. By providing unique tools such as pay-per-resume contact and opportunities to recruit passive candidates emuseR intends to change the process of membership recruiting. Pay as you go and more importantly you only have to pay if you like what you see. It’s a barter system where you exchange the resumes that you have with resumes you don’t have. The best thing of Emuser is that there is no commitment and no contracts.

** 3rconnect Being an start up company, I was given the full responsibility to prepare the FRD with relevant flow charts to make the document user friendly for the testers after thorough review by CEO.
** Performed an usability testing on the wireframes prepared by the Designers and suggested changes to make the product user friendly.
** Written test cases based on the requirements and needs of the product.
** Run the test cases module wise and report bugs and defects.
** Report the bugs based on the priority of the defect.
** Since the product was based on Resume Barter system, performed resume parser test based on the criteria given.
** Used Rchilli and Actonomy parser services for resume and index searching.
** Read the HTML files to test the captured information required for resume parsing.
** Tested the parsing speed of the resume and reported accordingly.
** Tested the speed for bulk upload and multiple files.
** Daily coordination with the developers and designers to build good team work.
