4. Identifying Supplier base against demands from counterpart on priority.

6. Update order book weekly and send to concerned person. 
7. After receiving the order organise placement Meeting with Vendor. 
8. Take approvals on Red and gold seal samples and make sealer / counters for smoothly production. 
9 Make T&A sheet to managing delivery timeline. 
10. As per Planning conduct Final inspection according AQL standard and generate Inspection report. 
11. Post production follow-up for shipment samples pull out
12. After move the shipment, we send scan copy of post shipping document and request for payment.
