Job Description
1.Incumbent should be BE/B.Tech(Civil)(Diploma holder are eligible to apply) 
2.Experience in time bound and quality construction of real estate-residential and commercial projects. 3.Ensuring proper reporting of project progress, generation of weekly and monthly MIS. 
4.Evaluation of cost benefit analysis for best alternatives. 
5.Negotiation skills, vetting prices quoted by suppliers in purchase orders 
6.Developing suitable plan of actions as well as contingency plan to ensure that the projects are executed as per schedules. 
7.Coordinating with the various vendors & suppliers on project specific requirements. 
8.Capacity to interact with associates, sub consultants and affiliate offices through effective communication and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met.
 
Desired Candidate Profile
1.Candidates should be ready to relocate at site for construction supervision & commissioning. 
2.Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status 
3.Drive technical excellance , timely completion of works & reviews , appropriate use of resources 4.Organise , lead and motivate the team to meet the objectives of the project. 
5.Ensure that all instructions are effectively communicated at all site staff. 6.Should have Computer knowledge , Autocad will be an added advantage.
