[B][U]Event Guidelines[/U][/B]:
[B][U]Eligibility[/U][/B]:
** Participation is 'By Invitation Only'
** A maximum of two participants from each Organization
** Participants cannot be changed at a later stage
[B][U]Format[/U][/B]:
** There will be two stages in the contest

[B][U]Preliminaries [/U][/B]:
** In this round, each participant will be given three minutes to talk for or against the topic.

[B][U]Finals[/U][/B]:
** In this round, the top ten contestants selected from the previous round will have to talk for or against the topic.
** The topic will be announced one hour prior to the finals.
** Each participant will be given five minutes to talk.

[B][U]Registration Procedure[/U][/B]:
**  As the participation is 'By Invitation Only' there is no Registration Fee
** The Registration form herewith attached has to be filled and duly signed by the respective authorities and posted to the 
address below latest by October 4, 2013

[B][U]Important Dates[/U][/B]:
** Submission of Registration Form - On or before 4th October, 2013
** Event Date - October 19, 2013

[B][U]General Rules [/U][/B]:
** At any stage, the decision of the organizers will be final.
** The event is scheduled to start at 9:00 AM on October 19 2013. 
** The participants are expected to report one hour prior to the commencement of the event
** The prize, trophy and certificate will be awarded at a valedictory session to be held on October 19th 2013
** The information provided in the registration form must be genuine.
