6) Teacher Eligibility Test(TET) Pass Certificate/Mark list/ Certified proof for having qualified in the TET.
7) Nativity / Residence Certificate.
8) Community Certificate, i.e. OBC / SC .
9) Category Certificate, i.e. PH obtained from the competent authority.
10) Employment Registration Card
