RailTel Corporation (A Mini Ratna (Category-I) Public Sector Undertaking under Ministry of Railways, a premier telecom service provider desires to recruit suitable personnel in Marketing discipline on direct recruitment/ permanent absorption basis. Applications are invited from the serving employees of Central /State governments, Central /State PSUs & private organizations and ex-Servicemen, satisfying the following criteria

[b][u]Educational &  Professional qualifications [/u][/b]: 
i) BE/B.Tech/B.Sc.(Engg); and
ii) MBA or equivalent in Mktg/IT/Telecom discipline
[b][u]Note[/u][/b]:
1) All the professional qualifications should have been acquired from AICTE/ Government recognized institutions.
2) The selected candidates would be liable to be transferred any where in India in administrative exigencies.

[b][u]Experience[/u][/b]:  Minimum 16 years of working experience in the field of Telecommunication / Information Technology, out of which, at least 5 years should be in middle management positions (E-5 and above in case of PSU employee) and with marketing experience at middle management level .

[b][u]Job descriptions[/u][/b]: Identifying new avenues for marketing RailTel’s product and services and new opportunities to expand penetration into communication / information technology market with focus on value added service in the area; Identification and implementation of partnership opportunities and technologies and recommending appropriate entry/expansion strategies to increase overall share in the market; Maintaining liaison with RailTel’s customers.
 
 [b][u]Selection procedure[/u][/b]: Final selection will be made through written test and /or interview of short-listed candidates at the discretion of the management.
