** Operate plant for cost efficiency, maximum out put and best product quality.
** Continues monitoring and optimizing process parameters of on line process
** Controlling automated DCS plant & handling trouble shouting in start up, shut down activities & in abnormalities..
** To follow high safety norms as per standard documents (Safety manual).
** Communicate and co-ordinate with colleagues to ensure Production running in accordance with schedule.
** Hanging full-fledged knowledge and work experience in Spin flash dryer, solvent extraction, Distillation, Polymer reaction.
** Handling manpower and supervising maintenance work and review reports related to quality matters.
** Carried out Demonstration Batches for technology transfer of Wockhard and knowledge sharing along with R&D chemist under the supervision of lead engineer.
** Coordinated for sample analysis with analytical laboratory, assessed technical and analytical data and prepared graphical and tabular representation of test data in technical report.

The projects handled were Erection and Commissioning Of chemical,pertochemicals Equipment’s, Piping, structural work, Fuel Storage Tanks, Raw water & chemical storage tank, Silos, Chimney etc., where my roll includes following activities.

** Daily progress analysis & reporting.
** Site Supervision & Coordination with contractors.. Measurement Of Bills.
** Completion of each project activity within desired parameters of. Quality, Cost and Time.
** Reconciliation Of Materials used in project.
** Tank testing like hydro, vacuum, Spark test.
** Preparation of MTO of vessel/tank/equipment’s

Process,unit operation and equipment’s commissioning.
** Work exp. Commissioning of centrifugal pumps (with mechanical seal), RVPD, ANF, ATFE, centrifuge, Belt Filter, Roll Compactor, Granulator, Vibro-Shifter, PTS system, Vacuum Pump, Air Compressor & KBD Dryer Ital vacuum pump, Glass line reactor air compressor.
** Work exp. for Preventive and Break-Down maintenance monitoring and follow-up to engg team of all above equipments and modification of pipe-lines to improve quality and quantity.
