iii) Knowledge, Experience and Ability to prepare original manuscripts in Santhali;
iv) Knowledge, Experience and Ability to translate from English and Bengali to Santhali;
v) Thorough knowledge and ability of proof reading in Santhali; 
vi) Santhali must be the mother language of applicant.
