 The Centre on Geo-informatics Application in Rural Development (CGARD), NIRD, Hyderabad, proposes to conduct a ‘Walk-in-Interview’ on 7th September, 2013 for the following positions in the Project on “Study of Energy Balance of Rural India using Geospatial Inputs” purely temporary on contract basis and co-terminus with the Projects. The project is sanctioned upto March, 2014. The educational qualifications, experience and the remuneration are indicated below along with the dates and places of interview.

 [b][u]Consolidated remuneration (in Rs./pm)[/u][/b]:  18,000
 [b][u]Age Limit[/u][/b]: Not more than 40 years as on 1st August, 2013.
 
 [b][u]Essential Qualification  [/u][/b]:  First class M.Tech Degree in Regional Planning / Environmental Sciences / Remote Sensing & GIS / Survey Integration / Urban & Regional Planning  or
 First Class M.Sc Degree in above subjects / Econometrics / Statistics with one year experience
 [b][u]Desirable [/u][/b]:  Knowledge in Statistical Packages like SPSS and ability to conduct PRA
