Exam for LDC and Stenographer on 8th September 2013, exam for AFAO on 22nd September 2013.

[B][U]INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES  [/U][/B]:
1. You should bring with you Identity Card such as, Driving license, Passport, Voter identity card , Pan Card, Aadhar Card, identity card – Card received from last Institute, Xerox copy of Pass book of Nationalized Bank duly Certified by Bank Official for verification. 
2. Please bring the Declaration Certificate (Annexure - I) as enclosed at the time of examination without fail. 
3. Any change in your present postal address should be communicated to this office after receiving the call letter or at the time of examination. 
4. Your candidature is Provisional, you must, therefore, ensure that you fulfill all the conditions of eligibility including the essential qualifications as laid down in the advertisement/notice of the examination. If at any stage it is found that you do not fulfill any of the conditions of eligibility, your candidature will be automatically cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. 
5. The institute will not be responsible for late/ non-receipt of this letter due to delay in postal transit. 
6. You should report at the venue of Written Examination at 9[/u][/b]:30 a.m sharp on 22nd September, 2013. No candidate will be allowed entry in Examination Hall after 10:15 am 
7. You will not be permitted to leave Examination Hall before the stipulated period. 
8. No mobile phones/Books Papers/ Calculators will be allowed in the Examination Hall. 
9. No personal enquiries/telephone calls would be entertained in this regard from the candidate. 
10. The names of the Candidates who qualify in the Written Examination will be displayed on NRCG Website: nrcgrapes.nic.in and the Institute’s Notice Board. 
11. No TA/DA will be paid to any category of candidate including SC/ST. 
12. Canvassing in any form will result in cancellation of your candidature. 
13. The venue of exam i.e., CHANDRABHAGA BABURAO TUPE SADHANA KANYA VIDYALAYA, HADAPSAR, PUNE – 411 028is located at Hadapsar, Pune. Hadapsar is approx 12 Kms away from Pune Railway Station and approx 15 Kms away from Pune Airport. Buses & Auto rickshaw from Railway Station to Hadapsar are available frequently.
