Library at the Institute is fully computerized, subscribes to major e-resources and provides network based information services. It is kept open for longer hours on weekdays, weekends, holidays and during vacations. The essential requirements and other details for this position are as given below;

[B][U]Remuneration[/U][/B]: Selected candidates will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs 15,000/- per month. 
[B][U]Duration[/U][/B]: The duration of traineeship will be for one year.

[B][U]Essential Qualifications  [/U][/B]:  
** Master’s in Library & Information Science /documentation or equivalent 
** Sound working knowledge of basic IT tools 
** Familiarity with Web Based Information Resources 
** Good Knowledge of Library Management Software, E-Resources 
** Good communication (written & oral) skills in English 
** Strong interpersonal & intrapersonal skills
