  The DoLR, with this end in view, is setting up a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) and intends to recruit following domain experts for PIU;
 
 [B][U]1.Name of the  post [/U][/B]:      Financial Management Expert     
 [B][U]No. of post [/U][/B]: One
[B][U]Experience And Qualifications [/U][/B]: The Expert should have, at a minimum, the following:
i) Must have Masters Degree in finance or should be a chartered accountant. 
ii) At least 10-15 years of working experience in financial management in World Bank financed projects or similar large projects or programs.
iii) Should have sound knowledge of the operation of accounting systems. 
iv) Familiarity with government and externally aided projects
v) Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing in English
vi) Good working knowledge of computer programs such as word, excel etc.

[B][U]2.Name of the  post [/U][/B]:      Institution Building and Capacity Building Expert     
 [B][U]No. of post [/U][/B]: One
[B][U]Experience And Qualifications [/U][/B]:  The Expert should have, at a minimum, the following;
i) Minimum Master’s Degree in the relevant field including Human Resources Management, Rural Management, etc. 
ii) At least 10 -15 years of training/capacity building and institution building working experience in the thematic specialization with similar, large scale projects or multi-State operations. 
iii) Familiarity with government and externally aided projects.
iv) Excellent communication skills, including speaking and writing in English
v) Good working knowledge of computer programs such as word, excel etc.

[B][U]3.Name of the  post [/U][/B]:      Agricultural Convergence Expert     
 [B][U]No. of post [/U][/B]: One
 [B][U]Experience And Key Qualifications [/U][/B]:  The Expert should have, at a minimum, the following;
 i) Holds an advanced degree, minimum Master’s Degree in agriculture or allied sectors
 ii) Has a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in India 
 iii) Has extensive knowledge of the Indian scenario, especially of government schemes, policies, in agriculture and allied sectors 
 iv) Has worked closely with central and state governments and research organisations

[B][U]4.Name of the  post [/U][/B]:      Hydrologist /Water Resources Expert     
[B][U]No. of post [/U][/B]: One 
[B][U]Experience And Key Qualifications  [/U][/B]: The Expert should have, at a minimum, the following;
i) Advanced degree in Hydrology or Water Resources Management 
ii) Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in India 
iii) Sound knowledge of latest hydrological gauging tools and modelling techniques applicable in the context of watershed management
