** Should be able to work with minimal direction - should be able to take complete ownership of modules
** Should be good at problem solving
** Status updates and progress reporting to the Project Management team
** The candidate must have good web application development knowledge
** Flexible to work in a team and/or independently
** Ability to quickly grasp and work on the existing code-base and frameworks
** Excellent written and verbal communication skills
