** Follow up for delivery, inform the supplier / subcontractor about rejections / shortages and obtain delivery / replacement
** Coordinate with Production Department / Project, suppliers / subcontractors regarding meeting the dead line on delivery of materials /services
** Coordinate with company’s Accounts Department, Q.S and suppliers / subcontractors regarding payments
** Arrange labour and transportation of materials for projects outside the UAE
** Act as company representative with regards to fire door certification, fire prevention / protection services monitored by Dubai Civil Defence, disposal of hazardous / non hazardous materials monitored by Dubai Municipality
** Supervise and coordinate the repairs and maintenance of A.C systems, office equipments, vehicles etc. in the company’s factory /warehouse/site/Labour Accommodation
** Ensure that Procurement Department’s ISO and HS & E management system requirements are met
