You have to be ready to take the responsibility of the team and ensure that final delivery happens in time.
[B][U]Requirements [/U][/B]: At least 4 years of experience on projects using ASP.NET, C#, MS-SQL, Ajax, SharePoint, MVC and Azure. Should've lead a team for at least one project from beginning to end.
