The candidate should be able to manage and coordinate all back office activities.

** Plan, direct, or coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution and other office support services.
** Gathering, adapting, storing and distributing information within the company
** Arrange timely and cost effective courier.
** Liaise with travel agents and arrange timely and cost effective travel tickets and hotel reservations.
** Manage office decorum and provide efficient reception work.
** Assist others in their day to day work (export/import documentation and etc.).
** Manage office access, including badges, passes and keys; shared responsibility with IT Tech.

** When there is a need for more staff - oversees the selection and recruitment procedure of the new candidates.
** It is his / her responsibility to train and orient the new employees about the office policies, procedures and equipment.
** He / she has to ensure that personnel files / leave records / attendance records etc are up to date and secure, and that transfer and disposal of records as per schedules and policies are carried out effectively

The candidate should be able to edit / write creative content for film- Media website. He / she should be able to edit/ write News Reports and related articles. The candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in English Literature or Mass communication with excellent command over Hindi and English languages and should also have computer skills. Minimum 3 years of related experience is a must. 
[B][U]Content Writer [/U][/B]: 
The candidate should be able to write creative content for film- Media website. He / she should be able to write News Reports and related articles based on both online as well as offline research. The candidate should be a Graduate or Post Graduate in English Literature or Mass communication with excellent command over Hindi and English languages and should also have computer skills. Freshers can also apply.
