This job requires leading a team of graphic and web designers for Creative Lipi’s website design and web application development business unit. 
 [B][U]Key responsibilities/functions [/U][/B]: 
** Leading the team of web and graphic designers for designing, static and dynamic websites, landing pages, micro sites, J-query and flash headers, logos, presentations, and other marketing collaterals from aesthetic design and marketing point of view
** Ensure Cross Browser Functionality, UI, User Experience, Social Media Widgets, Navigation, Conversion Optimization elements, and mobile device compliant designing
** Interfacing with international clients to understand design briefs, requirement gathering and to take client’s feedback
** Interfacing with the web and web application development team and helping them with design ideas depending on functional specs of the projects
** Should be able to work under pressure and ensure adherence to deadlines
** Training junior design resources 
[B][U]Education/Experience/Skills [/U][/B]: 
** 4-6 years of relevant experience
** Excellent command of the English language and good communication skills (both written and verbal)
** Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dream weaver, Flash with scripting, CorelDraw, Cross - browser functionalities. HTML, HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Query and AJAX.
** Experience in mobile device compliant designing

[B][U]Job Summary [/U][/B]: We are looking for people who are naturally good with the English language and strive for perfection in the written word. The web content editors we want should love to play with words and have a great common sense. We want to work with intelligent and sharp people who can grasp new ideas, subjects and concepts fairly easily. The scope of content editing should be beyond checking the formatting and basic proofreading. Our editors are people who dissect copy from not only from the language and grammar point of view but also from the reader?s experience and client?s expectations standpoints. Expatriates/People who have stayed in the UK or US or pursued education in countries with English as a native language would be preferred. The expert wordsmiths that we are looking for would be graduates/post graduates in English or any subject/discipline from a reputed college/institute with an excellent command of the English grammar and a solid understanding of contemporary English usage as per US and UK standards. Salary no bar for deserving candidates.

We are looking for people who can grasp concepts easily, have great organizational skills and an ability to assume leadership roles because we would like them to take up the position of content managers in near future.

** Check, edit and correct different types of web content pieces such as website content pages, web content articles, sales copy, blogs, emails, newsletters, product and website descriptions, social media updates and forum threads. 
** Provide feedback to and mentor writers

** 3-5 years of relevant experience
** Graduates/ Post Graduates English, Linguistics, or any subject/discipline
** Excellent command of contemporary western (US/UK) English language and grammar
