** 3+ years of experience  in C++ Programming with knowledge of STL
** Should have used Visual Studio IDE
** Good understanding of COM
** Should possess good knowledge of converting requirements in to Object Oriented Design
** Should know functionality and GUI testing
**Exposure to Industrial Automation domain is preferred, not mandatory
