[B][U]Notification on Admit Card Verification Process (7th August, 2013) [/U][/B]:
The last date for verification of Admit Card has been extended till 13th August, 2013 up to 5.00 P.M. The candidates who have still not completed the verification process are requested to complete the process as soon as possible.

The admit card would be available for download for all the candidates on 15th August, 2013.

Once the admit card is published on 15th August, 2013, no request for correction would be entertained. All the candidates will have to appear on the examination center as mentioned in their admit cards and have to attempt the examination in the language specified in their admit cards.

The validation process has to be attempted by all candidates so as to ensure that all the details are correct as per the documents and there is no any typographical or technical error in the declaration of their examination center, preferred choice of language or any spelling mistake in their Name, Father/Husband’s Name or Enrollment Numbers.

This verification is important because the same details would be reflected on the Certificate of Practice in case if the candidate clears the All India Bar Examination.

[B][U]Verification and processing of Admit Card Data[/U][/B]:
Every candidate has to go through the Admit Card Verification Process before the final Admit Card is generated on 15th August, 2013. Candidates will be able to download their admit cards only after the verification process is completed by them; on or before 13th August, 2013.

[B][U]STEPS TO FOLLOW[/U][/B]:-
1.       Kindly click on the Admit Card Verification link to access the Admit Card Verification Process.
2.       Use your 6 digit Application number and your Date of Birth to access your details.
3.       Kindly go through the Admit Card Verification page carefully.
4.       Kindly see that the following details are correct as per your enrollment certificate and your application form
** Your Name
** Your Father’s Name
** Your Enrollment number
** Your Language Choice
** Your Preference centre choices
** Your Photograph
** Your Signature

5.       In case all the detail are correct kindly click on the “COMPLETE” button.
6.       In case there is any error/mismatch kindly click on the “MISMATCH” button.
7.       Please check the Admit Card data carefully. In case of any discrepancy, communicate immediately on our email address [EMAIL="infoaibe5.bci@gmail.com"]infoaibe5.bci@gmail.com[/EMAIL] or call our helpline numbers.
8.       Mention your Name and Application Number in all the correspondence with AIBE Team.
9.       Candidates who do not have clear photographs or signature on the Admit Card kindly contact us on our email address along with your scanned PHOTOGRAPH/ SIGNATURE along with your application number and we will rectify the same.[/QUOTE]
