Super Specialty Entrance Test (SSET-2013) For Admission  to DM & M.Ch Courses SESSION 2013

[B][U]Important Dates [/U][/B]: 
1. Availability of Prospectus (Online) 28.07.2013
2. Last date for deposition of fee of Rs. 10000/- in OBC Bank through Challan Form available on university website and submission of online application form through University website i.e. bfushs.ac.in 27-08-2013
3. Last date for submission of Printout of online application form alongwith self attested photocopies of all required documents. 02.09.2013
4. Fee Rs. 500/- (in the form of DD in favour of Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences payable at Faridkot) for correction in admission application form upto 30/08/2013. 
5. Date of issue of Admit Cards 02.09.2013 from 8.00 AM to 10.00 AM at BFUHS, Faridkot.
6. Date of conduct of SSET-2013 02.09.2013 from 12.00 Noon to 2.00 PM at Faridkot
7. Date conducting Practical/Viva 03.09.2013 at 9.00 AM at Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana
8. Date of conduct of counselling 04.09.2013 at Dayanand Medical College, Ludhiana.

All necessary information regarding allocation of merit (Based on SSET –2013) and seeking admission to D.M./M.Ch. courses at DMC, Ludhiana affiliated to Baba Farid University of  Health Sciences, Faridkot and all applicable rules and regulations, etc., are contained in this PROSPECTUS.

[B][U]Fee Required with Admission Application Form[/U][/B]:
a) Rs. 10,000/- should be deposited in any branch of the Oriental Bank of Commerce throughout India by using Bank Challan form available on University web site i.e. bfuhs.ac.in by due date and time i.e. 27.08.2013.
b) Fee once deposited in University account will not be refunded/adjusted in any case.

Candidate can use A4 (25” x 30”) size envelope to send printout of application form complete in all aspects by stipulated date and time to the Registrar, Baba Farid  University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot-151203 by mentioning on top of the envelop “Admission Application Form for DM/M.Ch. Courses”.

[B][U]Note[/U][/B]: Please fill your valid mobile no. and email address to receive information regarding your application form time to time in the form of SMS and Email.

[B][U]Important[/U][/B]: In case candidate wants to make any change in his/her admission application form, he/she has to write separate application wherein he/she will clearly describe the information that he/she wants to modify. He will also attach copy of his/her admission application form and submit his/her request personally in the University upto 30-08-2013 (i.e. last date of application form submission) with correction/editing fee of Rs. 500/-. After it request to change information in application data will not be entertained at any cost.

[B][U]SCHEME OF ENTRANCE TEST [/U][/B]:
i. Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot shall conduct Entrance test for admission to DM/M.Ch. Courses at Faridkot.
ii. The question paper SSET-2013 (DM/M.Ch.) will be of 2.00 hours duration consisting 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs) carrying 400 marks.[/QUOTE]
