[b][u]Qualification [/u][/b]: BSc ( Agriculture / Horticulture/ Forestry) from a recognized Indian university with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates). Only full time regular courses will be considered. Or
BSc. (Botany) with 2 years full time MBA from a recognized Indian University having scored minimum 60% marks for both graduation and post graduation (55% for SC/ST candidates)

[b][u]Maximum Age Limit [/u][/b]: 22 - 30 years as on 1st June, 2013.
[b][u]Mode of Selection[/u][/b]: Written Test and Interview.

[b][u]Training and Probation  [/u][/b]: Candidates selected as Supervisor Trainees will be placed on Training for a period of one year. On successful completion of training they will be absorbed in S1 –grade and will be on probation for a period of six months.

[b][u]Fee [/u][/b]: Rs.100/- in favour of Hindustan Newsprint Ltd., (not required for SC/ST, PWD & Ex-service candidates) payable at Ernakulam/ Mevelloor
