 Kindly verify the seat matrix uploaded on the website in regard to the  seats to be filled in the institution, by online counseling for B. Tech. Candidates  for session 2013-14. Kindly revert back with the signed hard copy in the UTU  latest by Monday 17/6/13. Kindly intimate the correctness and discrepancy, if  any on E mail ID [EMAIL="drgoelsk@yahoo.com"]drgoelsk@yahoo.com[/EMAIL].

[b][u]Important Instructions for Candidates [/u][/b]:
** Candidates who had deposited their Fee in SBI till 30/06/2013 can start their registration/choices-submission now.

** Only 1723 candidates had deposited their Counseling Fee in SBI till 30th Jun-2013. Last date of Fee Submission is 16/07/2013 for participating in 1st round.
** Candidates please note that the user-id/login-id is their JEE-MAIN Roll-number for accessing this site after successful registration.

** At the time of online-registration, Candidates have to type their Transaction-ID from the Bank-Challan through which they had deposited Counseling Fee in SBI.

** Candidates can fill as many choices as they want. Through Filled-Choices option, candidates can see their filled choices and Lock/un-Lock their choices for modifications if any.

** Candidates are advised to close their WINDOW BROWSER SCREEN after completing the work on computer so as to ensure security of their data.

** Due to recent Disaster and Heavy rains in the state of Uttarakhand, the Counseling Schedule issued earlier has been revised. Candidates may Like to refer the same on the website.

** As per the revised schedule, Counseling Fee Deposit in SBI for 1st Round is from 27/06/2013 to 16/07/2013. All interested candidates are advised to deposit their fee in any of the SBI branch after downloading the copy of the Bank-Challan from the website.
** As per the revised schedule, the 1st round of online registration/choices-submission is from 1st July to 17th July-2013.

** Candidates participating from Cyber-Cafes/Institutes/Colleges for online registration/choices-submission are advised NOT TO SHARE THEIR PASSWORD AND OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION like Roll-Number, Registration No, Date of Birth, Secret-question/answer etc with the staff/operators, in order to maintain the security of their data. UKTU/NIC is not responsible in-case any error is reported in their DATA after submission.
