In this s.m.s. unit, it has two 90 ton arc furnaces and two 110 ton arc furnace (make-Techint) ,4 l.r.fs, one 4 strand billet caster(make-Concast I.Ltd)& 2 c.s.p with fully automated material feeding system. Involves in hardwired connection of all Field Instruments from field to PLC and their input/output testing.

From 110 ton arc furnace (02 No.), 12 heat tapped in without electrical delay, for which got appreciated from Sr. Vice President.
