RECRUITMENT FOR THE POST OF UPPER DIVISION CLERK ADMIT CARD FOR PART-I (WRITTEN EXAMINATION) TO BE HELD ON 23.06.2013

   [U][B]Instructions to Candidates [/B][/U]: 
1. Before appearing for the Written examination, candidates must satisfy that they fulfill the eligibility criteria post as laid down in the advertisement for the post.

2. Candidates are allowed to appear in the examination provisionally and their candidature shall be terminated unilaterally at any stage of the recruitment process if it is found that he/she does not fulfill the eligibility criteria.

3. Candidates are advised t to report at the examination hall 30 minutes before the o commencement of the examination. They shall not be allowed to enter in the examination hall after 15 minutes commencement of the examination.

4. Candidates are advised to read carefully instructions given in the Question Booklet.

5. Candidates must bring with them blue/black bal point pen to mark the OMR (Optical Mark Reader) answer sheet.

6. Calculator/ Slide Rule / Books / Mobile Phone / Pager / any other electronic device inside the examination hall is strictly prohibited.

7. Any candidate found using unfair means/ Reporting late / Without Admit Card shall be debarred from the examination.

8. Candidates will not be entitled to TA/DA for appearing in the examination.

9. Candidates must hand over the Answer Sheet and Second Copy of Admit Card to the invigilator before leaving the examination hall.

10. Candidates will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the completion of time of examination.

11. Rough work is to be done on the Question Booklet itself an and no separate sheet will be d provided for the purpose.

12. Candidates are advised to preserve the copy of the admit card till the declaration of the result.

13. Candidates must abide by the instructions given by the supervisor/invigilator, failure to do so wil ma make candidate liable to any action as ESIC may decide.

14. Candidates will paste their  self-attested recent passport size coloured photograph.

15. Candidate put thumb impression and signature in the second copy of Admit Card in the presence of invigilator invigilator at the time of Examination.

16. Visually impaired Candidates can bring their Scribe who will be possessing lesser qualification than the qualification prescribed for the post.[/QUOTE]
