** Have knowledge of drafting legal documents like deeds, agreements, notices, etc.
** Should be able to give expert advice on legal matters to the management.

** Should have good drafting skills to prepare legal documents .
** Should follow legal cases of the company & update the company advocates ,solicitors on the same.
** Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating actions , irregularities and continuing needs.
** Should have thorough knowledge of processes of Company Law Board, ROC etc.
** Should be a good negotiator & planner.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be L.L.B with 5-7 yrs of experience in reputed company. 
** Candidate from real estate background will be given preference. 
** Salary will commensurate with exp+ & will not be constraint for right candidate.

** Research vendors/suppliers, identify a pool of vendors / suppliers for projects.
** Should be efficient in negotiation of contracts with optimum mix of price & quality.
** Establish & maintain long term relations between company & vendor.
** Assess the quotation submitted & selecting the bidders with which the commercial & financial negotiations may be conducted.
** Set targets as to the result to be achieved in price negotiation.
** Conduct the financial and contract negotiations at the appropriate management level.
** Manage the competitive bidding & negotiation process.
** Negotiate contract terms , pricing, payment schedules , ensuring that the agreements with the vendors/suppliers are commercially viable.
** Intervene , analyze & resolve business conflicts between the company & vendors/ suppliers.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be B.E with 5-7 yrs of experience in reputed company. 
** Candidate from real estate background will be given preference.

** He/ She must be able to prepare drawings & present ideas for client review.
** He /She must be able to develop construction plans for clients purpose.
** He / She must have knowledge of building codes, zone laws , fire regulations etc for successful implementation of projects.
** He/ She should be able to plan & draft layout for project.
** He/ She must have knowledge of preparing contract documents for building contractors.
** He / She will have to conduct periodic-on-site visits ensure smooth flow of work & monitor compliances.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be qualified Architect from reputed institution with 8-10 years of experience in a reputed organization/or practice.
** He/ She must be proactive & capable to take challenges of the role. 
** Salary will commensurate with experience & will not be a constraint for right candidate..
