** He must ensure timely delivery of material from suppliers.
** He must maintain proper record of purchases.
** He must monitor & co-ordinate supplies to ensure that all items are delivered at site on time.
** He must have ability to source new suppliers/ sub contractors as requirement arises.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be a Graduate with diploma in Purchase Management from reputed institution 
** With 5-7 years of experience in a reputed real estate organization. 
** He must be proactive & efficient in procurement. 
** Salary will commensurate with experience & will not be a constraint for right candidate.

** Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures ,rules, & regulations.
** Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions ,irregularities & continuing needs.
** Maintain administrative record related to procurement & provision of stationary /office equipments /stocks on monthly basis.
** Working knowledge on EPBAX system.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be Graduate, with 3-5 yrs of experience in reputed company. 
** Candidate must be presentable with good written & verbal skills . 
** Salary will commensurate with exp+ & will not be constraint for right candidate.

** CRE must understand client needs and communicate the same to project team for better understanding & clarity of client goals.
** The incumbent we are looking out for must be Graduate, with 4-6 yrs of experience in reputed company. 
** Candidate from real estate background will be given preference. 
** Candidate must be presentable with good written & verbal skills with ability to handle high profile clients.
** Can & ability to travel abroad. 
** Holds valid passport. 
** Salary will commensurate with exp+ & will not be constraint for right candidate.
