** Must be task oriented and have the ability to adhere to deadlines and   schedules.
** Handle the all secretarial work.
** Assisting the management in Planning and Budgeting,
** Business Strategic Management, Market Intelligence and   other administrative activities. 
** Preparing MIS Reports - Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly. 
** Provide the backup support to Business Development   Team. 
** Making Business Proposals. 
** Responsible for inter departmental coordination. 
** Coordinating with the sales team and track their   performance.
** Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, etc. 
** Should be able to independently create reports with graphs, charts and formats.
** Must have good co-ordination & interpersonal skills.
