** Must be from the Construction Industry.
** Inventory handling, Material inward/ outward handling, Bill payment, 
** petty cash handling, Invoice making, bank account handling, looking after all admin related work.
[B][U]Salary [/U][/B]:  15000/ to 17000/pm

[B][U]Business Development Head [/U][/B]: Male/ Female (Preferred)
[B][U]Qualification[/U][/B]: any graduate.
[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]: 
** 8+ years.
** Must be from the construction Industry

** Must be fluent in English, Hindi, Marathi
** Must do end to end sales procedures. 
** Calling List, present client handling, prospective client.
** All procedures from the start of interacting with the client to collection of cheques from the client to handing him the property.
** He /She will be based in Mumbai office, but will travel to Palghar 2 times in a week,

** Must have experience in Construction Industry. Experience till Finalization of accounts.
** Daily accounting / invoicing / experience in Tally.
[B][U]Salary [/U][/B]: Rs 20000/ to 25000/ per month

[B][U]Accounts Head [/U][/B]: Female 
[B][U]Qualification[/U][/B]: ICWA
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: 
** 5+ years
** Must have experience in Construction Industry. Experience till Finalization of accounts.
** Daily accounting / invoicing / experience in Tally.
[B][U]Salary [/U][/B]: 30000/ to 40000/ p.m
