As a Visualizer, you will work closely with the Art Director to drive creative concepts and develop quality creative solutions that meet client’s business objectives and goals. You will posses a deep understanding of user-centered research, Content Strategy, Design, Front-end development and Interactive development.
[B][U]Responsibilities [/U][/B]:
** Take brief from the Art Director on projects and make sure that all the relevant inputs have been provided to initiate work
** Concept development as per brief given by the Art Director
** Brainstorming on creative ideas / concepts with Art Director and Copywriters
** Liaising with clients on project briefs
** Developing and refining a concept / creative idea
** Work individually or in collaboration with the team to create effective communication
** Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
** Deliverables would include ad campaigns, marketing collaterals, electronic variants such as interactive presentations, flash presentations, websites, and other design materials
** Detail oriented, well organized and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment
** Challenges and innovates new methods of creative execution
** Inspires creative team to constantly strive for excellence in the work they produce and maintains a positive creative design culture
** Ensures deadlines are met both internally and externally
** Introduces fresh ideas, concepts and approaches
[B][U]Skills [/U][/B]:
** Fair understanding of advertising and marketing principles
** Excellent eye for detail
** Good communication & comprehension skills
** Well-developed interpersonal & Analytical skills and creative abilities to work under pressure
** Expertise in design theory and proficient in applying it to web design
** Excellent in multitasking
** Strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
** Experience applying theories related to colour schemes, use of space, text placement, typography, layout, motion design, usability and visual flow
** Hands-on experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Flash, Dreamweaver and Actionscripting
** Knowledge of Adobe AfterEffects & video editing (a plus)
** Willingness to work in rotational shifts

** Bachelors degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication
** 3+ years of experience in the industry of which at least 2 years in a small to medium sized agency/boutique studio

The candidate would be responsible for the creation of online visual design for the Internet and interactive platforms. He/She will be part of a high- energy creative team handling print and online design projects for global companies.
[B][U]Responsibilities [/U][/B]:
** Understand the scope, plan and execute user-centered interaction concepts, with a focus on overall user experience
** Develop Storyboards, mock-ups and prototypes to communicate ideas for animation, navigation and interaction
** Visualize and execute high quality online designs that include websites, interactive presentations, touch screen interface/kiosk, digital ads, games etc
** Should be able to contribute concepts and ideas in brainstorming sessions
** Researches on latest multimedia trends and presentation methods on different levels, and proposes technical or creative improvement to the process
** Works effectively with the team to ensure the final product is consistent with client’s expectations.
** Adheres to agreed upon delivery schedule coordinated with Project/team lead. Keeps him notified of any changes in schedule
** Assist Development/programming teams to implement the desired UI into their development projects
** Adhere to and help develop best practices
** Exposure to working on newer platforms like mobile and ipad design would be a definite plus

** Excellent layout and design skills
** Demonstrable knowledge of task analysis, wireframing and information architecture
** Understanding of design standards and benchmarking
** Team player with a positive attitude and ability to learn and respond to complex technical material
** Strong communication and time management skills
** Self-starter with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
** Excellent knowledge of Flash, HTML, CSS, Photoshop and other relevant software’s
** Must have the ability to motivate peers and guide them
** Should be able to handle multiple projects without losing focus
** Scripting (action script, javascript) knowledge would be a definite plus

** 2-4 years as Flash/web designer
** Graduate with a diploma in Multimedia/animation
