** 5-6 years of experience in dispute resolution, corporate litigation and arbitration.
** Experience in conducting and managing litigation confidently with limited supervision and have a sound understanding and awareness of litigation & arbitration processes.
** Drafting of pleadings, appearances before courts and tribunals,
** preparation of legal strategies and opinions based on legal research.
** Capable of handling work on his/her own initiative.
** Experience of working with international clients.
** A self- starter & should be able to attract new matters.
** Confident and excellent communication skills - a must.
** Preference will be given to persons with law firm experience.
** Reading and writing of the local language would be preferred.
