** Leading the team of quality officers & assistants in the shift.
** Ensuring the calibration & performance of quality control instruments.
** Monitoring & ensuring the work process & performance of  WTP & ETP plant as per standards.
** Monitoring & controlling the consumptions & availability of requirements at WTP & ETP.
** Monitoring & controlling the activities like raw material availability & consumption, syrup preparation, ensure quality of syrup as per pre defined standards
** Ensure the concern CIPs carried out properly before production start up.
** Ensure the performance of Neiros hand & foot sanitizer machine, nitrogen generator & dearetor
** Ensure the online QC parameters such as Brix, Torque, Gas volume , Net content, tunnel pasteurizer temp with travel time, Cooling tunnel temp with travel time, Tilt / Cross Cap machine performance, Date coding, X ray performance & shrink quality is as per standard, sleeve & box quality etc.
** Ensure Hygiene, GMP, Safety, housekeeping etc monitored by utilizing the entire manpower effectively.
** Keep the records of entire chemical consumptions, lab reagents and Glassware's on weekly / monthly basis. Also keep the data of Market complaints, Shelf life samples
** Record & reports updation in SAP module.

[B][U]Client Co-ordinator [/U][/B]: Male/Female
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: 1-3 yrs.
[B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]: Any graduate preferable B. Com
[B][U]Job Description [/U][/B]:
** Should be good at client handling
** Co-ordination, Documentation, Back-end operations
** Maintaining records and Logistics etc.
** Assisting the Manager – CRM in day to day activities.
** Daily communication with factory team for data collection, validation, reconciliation & report preparation of raw material, packing material consumption, wastage, yield, finished good production, stock details etc.
** Communication & co-ordination with clients for production planning, billing, stock updating, dispatch co-ordination & other requirement as required by client.
** Should have workable knowledge of MS-Excel & Outlook & basic logic of accounting.

[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: Min. 2-3 yrs. in Drinking Water/Food & Beverage/Brewery industry as a Can filler/Blowing Operator/Sleeve Applicator/WTP/ETP Operator/Process Operator.
