** Data entry, system receiving and paper documentation
** Assist in carrying of good to assigned location for proper storage
** Sorting and documenting of invoices
** On-the-job training and guidance will be provided
[B][U]Requirements[/U][/B]: 
** Min ‘N’ level or ‘O’ level
** Must be physically fit and willing to work in warehouse environment

[B][U]Accounts Executive [/U][/B]:
[B][U]Job Responsibilities[/U][/B]:
** Handle full set of accounts
** Monitoring of weekly cash flow
** Quarterly GST submission
** Perform Group Consolidation
** Monthly variance analysis and Management Reporting
** Coordination/Submission of Quarterly reports and schedules for SGX announcements
** Assisting the Finance Manager on Group tax issues
** Coordination of Annual Budget Process
** Handling external and internal auditors
** Support the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller in other finance related matters
[B][U]Requirements[/U][/B]:
** Minimum 2-3 years of experience in full set of accounts and consolidation
** Proficient in MS Office, Frango, SAP
** Diploma in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines
