[B][U]Job Details [/U][/B]: Selected Applicants will be offered the designation “Graduate Trainee” which will lead onto the role of “Service Desk Analyst”. 
[B][U]Location [/U][/B]: Bangalore/Chennai 
[B][U]Compensation [/U][/B]: 
** The Compensation Package (CTC) for candidates placed at CGI is fixed at Rs.14250 per month
** (Rs.1.71 Lakhs per annum) plus insurance benefits.
** Statutory deductions will be applicable. 
** Shift allowances will be applicable as per CGI policy.
[B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]:
** 2012 pass out Graduate in any discipline - BE, BTech, BSc, BCA, BA, B Com, BBM, BBA, 
** 3 Year Diploma after 12th Std- from a recognized University/Institute. 
** Candidates will also be provided a 6-week training on the job required curriculum at a cost of Rs.5750 (all inclusive) 
** which will be refunded after 1 year of employment.
[B][U]Required Skills [/U][/B]: 
** Must have a flair for computers & technology.Must have basic knowledge on Microsoft Windows and MS Office usage.
** Must have excellent communication skills (English) with no mother tongue influence.Must be Customer Centric/focused.
** Must be pleasant to converse and natural impulse to ‘Listen’ before responding.
** Must possess acceptable typing skills (35 words per minute) must be willing to work in any shifts including Night shift.
