The Plant of Manufacturing of Hormone Tablets and Injectable is in compliance with all international Standards. The Plant is Approval of MHRA (U.K.) , MCC (S.A.) ,WHO-GMP Geneva. Manufacturing it’s very strictly follow with Safety, with the latest technology equipments. The manufacturing facilities are well supported by its total in-house Quality Control set-up with latest Testing equipments.

** Knowledge of preparing SOP’s all store departments. (Like Raw & Packing)
** Ensure all the store activities are carried out in compliance with existing SOPs.
** Evaluate the work of subordinate and motivate them, to continual improvement in store areas.

** Ensure that the dispensed raw materials are kept in designated areas with identification.
** Checking all details the incoming materials used in product are properly received documented and verified.
** Physical Inventory Management skills
** Prepare GRN (Goods Receipt Note) after attaching all supporting documents e.g. QC approval, Weight/Measurement approval etc.
** Checking of area cleaning and dispensing equipments.
** Checking of balance calibration and validation of certified weights.
** To maintain storage condition of Raw Material
** Dispensing of Raw Material related with product in present at issued the material under FEFO and FIFO method.
** The maintain re-testing Raw Material register and re-test records and submit on monthly basis to Q.C. dept. for re-sampling.
** Giving detail of required Raw Material to the purchase department.
** To maintain inventory of Raw Material to purchase department
** To maintain store records like Temperature and Relative humidity record, Max-Min Temperature and Relative humidity record, Cleaning & Sanitization Record, Differential Pressure Record, Dispensing Area Cleaning Record & Dispensing / Sampling Operation Log Book
** To supervise loading-unloading of Raw Material incoming materials in the company
** Coordinate with account department for payment of local vendor
** Keep and maintain Material & Storage hygiene with respect to WHO-GMP and cGMP requirements.
** Planning daily issue of materials to production as per day’s production plan
