This position will be responsible for providing members (students, tutors, education centers) of MyPrivateTutor.com with an extraordinary customer service experience. We are seeking a highly motivated, high-energy, detailed person to provide outstanding phone and email customer service to our customer-base in a fun, non-call center environment.
Your work week would encompass Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:30pm and Saturday 9:30am - 3:30pm with an hour for lunch (no nights/weekends).
[B][U]Position Description and Responsibilities[/U][/B]:
** Specific job is to understand a student’s requirement of tutors, translate that requirement with proper skills and fees and forward to different local tutors and coaching classes.
** Answering incoming customer service telephone calls, live chats and emails
** Contribute to the team effort and goals by accomplishing related results as needed
** Other Office duties as assigned

** Creation and management of cooperative marketing presentations and proposals.
** To visit different education centers and coaching classes and convince them about our membership benefits and get them subscribed
** Maintain good relationship with all premium members and ensure timely renewal of subscriptions
** Job requires extensive travel based on client appointments.
