** Knowledge of product development is a must. 
** He/she should be a go getter.

** Graduate in industrial engineering / production engineer / GMT
** with 3 years of experience in consumption/production etc.

[B][U]Quality controllers [/U][/B]:
** 3-5 years of experience in AQL knowledge as per the international standard. 
** Able to guide / motivate the assistants. 
** Production floor knowledge is essential.

[B][U]Quality Managers [/U][/B]:
** 5-8 years of experience in quality management. 
** Able to communicate with buying house Q.C's during the time of final inspections. 
** Taking care the products from sampling to shipment.
