** Independently generate enquiries, prepare estimations, 
** Provide value engineering solutions, negotiate with suppliers, 
** Meet consultant/client for technical and commercial negotiations, 
** Prepare detailed market analysis reports. 
** Must be willing to work anywhere in India. 
** Must be open to learn profiles other than his area of Plumbing expertise. 
** He should be well acquainted with the market conditions and generate enquiries from new sources for Plumbing works.
