** Minimum HSC Pass (Fresher to be considered as Trainees)
** Bachelor Degree – Communications, English and/or Computers (desired not compulsory)
** Fluency with general desktop productivity software
** Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
** Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
** Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
** Freshers can also apply.

** Attending to all customer calls and offering assistance
** Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region
** Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts
