I. Presently working with Cargoplan International India Pvt Ltd since September 2010 as Customer service & Export operation’s executive.
Quote rates to the overseas agents or else to shipper’s.
Coordinate with the transporter’s.
Booking the consignment with the airline’s & prepare house airway bill on the base of invoice/packing list.
Sending pre-alert once the shipment is handed over to the airlines also prepare debit & credit note.

II. Worked with Tulsidas Khimjee Pvt Ltd (Nov 2009 To Sep 2010) as Executive Consol Department. Work involved
Receiving pre-alert through o/s agent / intl dept., taking printout of pre-alert and submission of documents in Ice-gate. Checking the status of the same.
Details of Consol documents to be entered in the Break-Bulk system.
Cargo Arrival Notice to be prepared and dispatched the same day
Check HAWB currency and proper calculation of amount if it is CC shipment before preparing and dispatch of CAN.
Issuing of Delivery order and collecting D.O. amount and Freight amount if it is CC shipment.
Overall co-ordination with customers/intl division / branches/overseas agent for Break bulk/consol dept and adhering to standards as per ISO
Checking the cargo tracking on website (redberry/trackload/phone call) for shipment arrival status
Symco system entry Cheque/do/cash receipt/ cash vouchers / cheque voucher

III. Worked with Sri Lankan Airlines in Cargo Department (Jun 2009 To Nov 2009)
Worked on Sky Chain System for booking.
Worked on Cargo wise if any queries and worked involved as follows.
Replying Telex's through Cargo wise or Instant message's to Colombo.
Attending inbound and outbound phone calls.
Handling queries of clients through telephone, letters or via email.
Collecting payments from clients & record maintenance.
Offering rate's to our client's.
Handling Air Export's & Import's .
