** Have the ability to take calls of frustrated customers.
** Be able to integrate information from multiple online resources.
** Be able to adapt to changes at work (products, services, policies).
** Be able to enjoy working in night shift.

[B][U]Business Development Executive [/U][/B]:
[B][U]Candidates should meet following criteria [/U][/B]:
** 1 - 3 YEARS OF IT SALES EXPERIENCE AND PROVEN SUCCESS WORKING FOR A TOP-TIER INFORMATION CONSULTING, SOFTWARE, OR OTHER TECHNOLOGY OR BUSINESS SOLUTIONS COMPANY.
** Good understanding of market and offerings.
** Drive outbound call activity to target and penetrate key accounts.
** Engage prospective customer in meaningful dialogue over phone.
** Set-up appointments over the phone.
** Generate and qualify leads and opportunities. Ensure that pipeline remains full with qualified leads and prospects.
** Be able to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.
