3) Ensure one time call resolution Maintain accuracy of information given and documented
4) Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process

1) Minimum HSC passed.
2) Excellent Communication skills
3) Logical reasoning and analytical skills
4) Ability to work with speed and accuracy
5) Prioritizing and organizing skills
6) Team working
7) Should be able to work in rotational night shifts

[B][U]Age Limit [/U][/B]:  18 years upto 30 years
[B][U]Transport Boundaries [/U][/B]:  Dahisar to Bandra
[B][U]Shift Window[/U][/B]: 5:30 pm to 1:30 am (fixed)
[B][U]Week off [/U][/B]: Saturday & Sunday (fixed)
