4. Able to work in 24x7 shift environment.
5. Certifications like MCP, MCSA, MCSE and CCNA would be an added advantage.
6. Willing to relocate.

[B][U]Total Experience[/U][/B]: 6 months
[B][U]Location[/U][/B]: Agra / Mathura / Delhi / Noida
[B][U]Skill-Set Required[/U][/B]:
1. Education- 12th, any Graduate.
2. Good communication skill (written).
3. English typing speed should be more than 20 wpm.
4. Knowledge of Windows Client Environment like Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, Basic knowledge of computer networking, wireless routers, and its troubleshooting, Basic knowledge and understanding of Anti-Virus and E-mail clients (Outlook), Knowledge of installation and troubleshooting of different makes of printers.
5. Able to work in 24x7 shift environment.
6. Certifications like MCP, MCSA, MCSE and CCNA would be an added advantage.
7. Willing to relocate.

[B][U]3. Sales Specialist (Voice)[/U][/B]: We have an urgent opening of Sales Specialist for our Technical Process.

[B][U]Total Experience[/U][/B]: 1 year (Freshers can also apply)

2. Zeal to sale products and services.
3. Knowledge of computer operating system like Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8, Knowledge of operating system’s troubleshooting would be an added advantage.
4. Willing to work in 24x7 shift environment.
5. Willing to relocate.
