Farscan’s E-Commerce team is looking for a Telemarketing Executive with demonstrated experience in closing deals by telephone for our new Indian office in Kochi.
[B][U]Responsibilities include[/U][/B]:
** Make telephone presentations to existing and potential customers to sell new service offerings, upgrade, or cross-sell products on behalf of clients.
** Co-Develop telemarketing collateral (Scenario action/response scripts) with client personnel
** Perform required administrative functions, including completing and submitting customer orders, requests, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain accurate sales records
[B][U]Requirements for the Telemarketing Executive position include[/U][/B]:
** 3-4 years of Telemarketing experience in selling & closing deals on the telephone in a call center or customer service environment.
** Prior experience in consistently meeting / exceeding sales quota goals.
** Fluency in spoken English and ability to understand and respond to native English speakers maintaining a pleasant telephone conversational attitude under all conditions.
** Must be comfortable cold calling prospective customers to pitch new products and services and be able to close in one call.
** Ability to work evening or night shifts preferred [Working from home is a possibility]
** Prior experience with online CRM tools a plus
** Degree in English, Literature, Business, Marketing or communications

Farscan’s operations team is looking for a Customer Support Executive with a passion for exceptional customer service and social media background for our new Indian office in Kochi.
[B][U]Responsibilities include[/U][/B]:
** Answer customer enquiries related to products / services via email & phone in a timely and organized manner.
** Develop customer support collateral (FAQs, On/Offline Help files and user guides)
** Represent Farscan and/or our clients among online forums, social media venues (Facebook, Twitter etc.), marketing channels and media including Blogs to pro-actively monitor and respond to customer comments and feedback.
[B][U]Requirements for the Customer Support Executive position include[/U][/B]:
** 3-4 years of customer support / service experience in via telephone, email or chat (IM) in a call center or customer service environment.
** Prefer an active social media background [1-2 years of consistent activity professionally or personally on Facebook, Twitter and/or online discussion forums]
** Prior experience in consistently meeting / exceeding customer satisfaction goals.
** Fluency in written and spoken English and ability to understand and respond to native English speakers (North American accents) maintaining a pleasant telephone conversational attitude under all conditions.
** Must be capable of self-direction and able to work without constant supervision.
** Ability to work evening or night shifts preferred [Working from home is a possibility]
