** Responsible for developing new business “Go-To-Market” strategies for new product launch. Analyze existing strategies for trends, new improvement opportunities on sales pipeline, account data and forecast models to achieve business benefits in terms of improved sales revenue & pipeline.
** Extracting Data from relevant Data sources using SQL queries, Define KPI (s) / rules for metrics, Design & execute ETL (Extract, Transform & Load), Produce Metrics & KPI reporting using SAS or MS Excel / Access.
** Process analysis & consulting, Solution Designing with efficient process mapping, process modeling, data analysis & customer experience metrics analysis using predictive approach & simulation tools.
** Analyzing the process bottlenecks, suggesting & implementation of various process or system related improvements; improve system utilization, process Automation & standardization with reduced business risk & improved customer service & revenue.
** Maintaining proper & effective communication between client & Team members related to agreement on scope, deliverables & time-lines.
[B][U]Pre-Requisites [/U][/B]:
** Should have strong exposure on analytical tool SAS.
** Should be an MBA –ops with excellent communication skills with 0-4 years of experience.
** Flair for learning in a growing Organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
** To do Primary & Secondary research in order to profile and validate the records for the assigned project.
** To gather the required information by calling the required company and speaking to the relevant person as per the demand of the assigned project.
** To generate demand for a specific product by means of emails, inbound queries or by making out calls to the assigned targeted company/person and share the lead/s with the project lead or directly with the client.
** To ensure effective & timely delivery of assigned task as per the standard operating procedures defined by the Client, Quality & Operations.
** To ensure daily/weekly/monthly targets for leads or assigned records are met with the highest quality standards possible.
[B][U]Pre-Requisites [/U][/B]:
** Preferably 2-3 year experience in Primary, Secondary research & Lead Generation.
** Should be familiar with MS Office with acceptable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook.
** Understanding of the Computer Hardware, software, Applications would be optional.
** Excellent spoken and written communication skills with a flair for marketing.
** Degree- Graduate or Equivalent. MBA in Marketing/Sales will be preferred.
