** Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited architectural or inferior design program. 
** Minimum 5 years professional experience. 
** Demonstrated experience in space planning, detailing and construction documents. 
** Excellent communication skills and experience with high-level client interaction and project management.

[B][U]Computer Skills [/U][/B]: 
** Proficient in AutoCad and higher or Architectural Desktop. 
** Working knowledge of Revit is a huge plus.
