Information Handout and Call Letters for On-line Examination to be held on May 05, 2013[I][B]

1.     How do I download my call letter?[/B][/I]
      Follow the link from bank's website to download call letter. At login page, enter the
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD
or
REGISTRATION NO. & DATE OF BIRTH.
at the required places to download the Call Letter.[I][B]

2.     What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?[/B][/I]
      Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.[I][B]

3.     Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?[/B][/I]
      REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

4.     I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?[/B][/I]
      Please check yourentries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement. Please note that the PASSWORD is case-sensitive, and should be entered correctly.[I][B]

5.     I have registered more than one application?[/B][/I]
      In case you have registered more than once, only last registration is retained. Therefore, to download your Call Letter, you must enter the registration No. of the application that you submitted last.
 
[B][U]General Instructions[/U][/B]:
(1) Please note your roll number, password, date, time and venue address of the examination given in the call letter.

(2) You may visit the venue one day before the Online Examination to confirm the location so that you are able to report on time on the day of the examination.

(3) The call letter should be brought with you to the examination venue along with your recent passport size photograph duly pasted on it.

(4) You must scrupulously follow the instructions of the Test Administrator and Organization Representative at the examination venue. If you violate the instructions you will be disqualified and will be asked to leave the examination venue.

(5) No use of calculators (separate or with watch), books, note books or written notes, cell phones (with or without camera facility), or any other electronic device will be allowed during the examination.

(6) Your responses (answers) will be analysed with other candidates to detect patterns of similarity of right and wrong answers. If in the analytical procedure adopted in this regard, it is inferred/ concluded that the responses have been shared and scores obtained are not genuine/valid, your candidature may be cancelled and/or the result withheld. Any candidate who is found copying or receiving or giving assistance or engaging in any behaviour unbecoming of a candidate will not be considered for assessment. The organization may take further action against such candidates as deemed fit by it.

(7) You should bring with you a ball-point pen. A sheet of paper will be provided which can be used for rough work or taking down the question number you would like to review at the end of the test  before submitting your answers. After the test is over you should hand over this sheet of paper to the Test Administrator before leaving the venue.
