** Working knowledge of production techniques and terminology.
** Bachelor’s Degree in any subject. Degree or Diploma in film, art, communications or related field would be an advantage.
** Strong organizational, project management and leadership skills. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
** Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines. Ability to work in a start-up environment that has a certain degree of ambiguity

[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]:
** 9+ years of animation experience
** Three+ years of experience in a management role
** At least two Projects titles completed and shipped
[B][U]Description/Profile [/U][/B]:
** This key directorial role is responsible for creating the design concepts and documentation, as well as giving direction throughout the whole project cycle; constantly providing guidance, supervision and feedback to the animation team. It is the Animation Director's responsibility to maintain and ensure a high level of quality and consistency in the animation for the project.

** Must set and achieve the highest standards
** Expertise in Flash/Toon boom & 3D
** The ability to direct Shows
** The ability to create high quality animations

[B][U]Job Title [/U][/B]: Character & Prop Designers
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: Minimum 4 -5 years production experience
[B][U]Description/Profile [/U][/B]:
** Produce a wide range of highly creative character and prop art
** Maintain consistent style under the direction of Director
** Create production designs for assets
** Seek feedback from the Director in style and mood
** Must demonstrate a diversified portfolio

** Digital illustration skills with an Advanced understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and/or Flash.
** Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles

[B][U]Job Title [/U][/B]: Story Board Artists
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: Minimum 4 -5 years production experience.
[B][U]Description/Profile [/U][/B]:
** Ability to tell a good story
** Work with production leads to set the style relevant for project
** Understand the narrative of a director's vision and interpret it accordingly.
** Artistically inclined, able to quickly and effectively illustrate in any style required.

** Excellent drawing and conceptualization skills with an ability to adapt to established styles.
** Understanding of fundamental illustration skills including composition and perspective.
** Digital illustration skills with an Advanced understanding of Photoshop and Flash
